Problem fixed???

Im about to purchase the hahn intake and ppc tuner and I was just wondering if all the problems with the Hahn intake had been fixed. I cant afford to get any CELs so let me know those who do have it.

i got my intake a few months ago and i havent had any problems with it at all. your bpv will be way louder,, i deffinally reccomend the dejon spring upgrade too.As for the ppc tuner thats nasty too i also have that. be ready to replace alot of front tires, first gear there is no traction or second for that matter.

dont get hahn ppc bro, not saying is bad, but its way too expensive for wat it is... go with trifecta or superchips... i have trifecta and its way better than hahn, plus like 700$ cheaper... with those 700 you can get chargepiping and downpipe... watch ur dollar and dont go with name, but quality and performance...

Yes the problem with intake has been fixed. The ppc tuner is worth that price because you can flash new tunes and change back to stock if needed.

If you are worried about CEL's your best bet is to simply drop in a K&N filter and leave it alone. If you must have an intake than AEM seems to be your best bet at this moment in time; although I would be patient and see what CIA's intake lineup has to offer once more people get them on their cars. Some people have had luck with Hahn's intake, and others haven't...So it's the luck of the draw there.

I personally had an Injen intake and I lost 15-20wtq across the board on the same dyno. I made 10whp at peak, but actually lost hp under 4k RPM. This was after I had leveled out my fuel trims as well. It did have the correct breather fitting though, it wasn't a problem at all.

As far as tuning goes, I'm not going to even jump on that subject. Seems lately around here you're crucified for mentioning anything in regards to tuning preference. If you want the PPC Tuner....By all means..

You sir, have pissed me off this morning

Just because your spring upgrade might be working, doesnt mean you should recomend it.

DO not get the Dejon Spring upgrade! It has been proven that it causes many problems and is not worth the upgrade!! 10$ modification can mess up a lot on our cars.

As for as the Hahn intake being fixed. I have not seen an offical statement saying it has been fixed.

I think you should go with Clear image or AEM intake. Both proven to have no problems!
