Problems with BOV and Cel mode

ok so I bought the Synapse intercooler piping awhile back. I then had a Greddy type S bov placed on the hot side pipe. It looks just like the Dejon piping with a Bov. The problem is my vaccum lines. Cel keeps realizing what Im doing and won't allow me to boost at all. How would I run my vaccum lines so CEL doesn't activate but I can get my Bov to function??

move the line from the factory BOV to the new BOV.
Then run a T off the vacuum line on your cold side intercooler piping and run the extra line from the T to the factory BOV where you took the line off to run to the new BOV

Its not uncommon for cars to throw cels with a VTA blowoff valve is used vs a Recirc.

O NM i see, he has no delete plate

ok so I did as you kling requested. You can tell it tries to blow off and make a large whoosh sound, but i don't think its getting enough vaccum. It is the greddy type S bov so you know when it goes off it should make a shink noise rather than a whoosh. it works perfect when the bov vaccum is ran to the tee on the cold piping's vaccum but after about 15 mins of driving i lose my boost then in about another 10 mins i throw a code. I get pretty confused on this

The cold side pipe doesnt have vacuum when the throttle body is closed, you need to have the stock bov line(its hooked up to the intake manifold) hooked up to the greddy bov... plain and simple.
To block the stock bov you should really get a block off plate from hahn, running a line from the cold side pipe should work too but the plate is a better solution in the end.

You're making this more confusing for your self, just hook up the bov line to the greddy bov and get a block off plate for the stock bov.

As for the sensor you can leave it alone and hook it up like normal, or take it out of the loop(it seems useless) and hook up the bov directly to the intake manifold nipple, but then you'll need to plug up the fitting on the cold side pipe that connects to that sensor.

Yeah the one going to your Greddy BOV should be connected to the cold side. The one connected to your stock BOV should NOT be connected to the middle of that sensor, should be on the top and that top one should be connected to your Greddy.

THIS ONE IS THE INSTRUCTIONS I FOLLOWED BY PIMPLAY AND KLING. AGAIN YOU CAN TEEL IT TRIES TO BLOW OFF BUT IT SEEEMS LIKE ITS NOT GETTING ENOUGH PRESSURE OR VACCUM OR SOMETHING BECAUSE ITS NOT GIVING OFF THE SOUND IT WOULD AND IT IS ON SOFT. THIS METHOD DOESN'T AFFECT MY BOOST NOR DOES IT GO INTO CEL MODE

so what about the middle on the sensor?

Let me go check real quick how it should be stock.

The top one on the sensor is the one that goes to the cold side piping.

The bottom one goes to somewhere on the intake manifold and so does the one your CURRENTLY have T'd off also goes to somewhere on the intake manifold. That one should not be T'd off.

Since ur bov is going right into the sensor the sensor is realizing your losing some vacuum pressure. The bov should be hooked up right into that T that says manifold. There is no sensor so it won't know your losing any pressure. That's how I did it. And I didn't need a block off plate

that's how the first setup is but it eventually loses boost and goes into cel mode. idk which sensor throws the signal but ive tried alot. the second picture i posted its setup is the only one that right now doesnt throw codes nor do i lose boost but its still not blowing off correctly. sorry its this irritates you guys and I appreciate you all for helping me.
