Ok. so I tried the method by pimplay. You can tell it tries to blow off but it sounds more like the turboxs bloww off than the Greddy type S and its a weak blow off. it on wants to blow off past 15 pounds of boost. I have a video of it and the other methods than ive tried but they its too big of a video to upload to photobucket so tomorrow when I get out of school I will have 3 videos to show each method and how it affects my car. I do appreciate the help from everyone. Hopefully we can figure out why its not blowing off like its suppose to or what method make it work right without throw codes or CEL mode.

dude if it wants to blow off at high boost then there must be a washer on the piston weighing it down.... thats the only thing i can think of

the same just use the hose that was on the bypass.... hook that to your bov and run the other end to the black vacuum box or w.e the call that damn thing lol

Are you sure you're not mixing up bov flutter with compressor surge? Compressor surge happens when the turbo spools too quickly, not when you let off and let the bov vent.

well it only happens during low boost. When I boost moderatly or full boost it doesn't shutter. I have heard from some people that it is normal with the HKS to do this at low boost

The hks has two valves to vent air, one for low boost and one for high boost. You're probably hearing the low boost valve opening, and yes it flutters like that, the high boost one just lets out a loud squeal.

sounds like you need someone who can tune the LNF. why would you want to change the piping to trick the engine? It won't run at full potential. You need to run the piping the proper way and tune it to run the way you want it to.

Add delete plate, then run the vacuum line from the stock BPV to your new BOV. Right?

Yes, if it seems like your stock bypass valve is still "lifting", something that might happen if boost is increased, than you may wanna throw down $13 to get dejons bpv spring upgrade, its as easy to install as it is easy on the wallet. You'll need another line to go to the bov too, i have synapse engineering's bov and it has three ports, so i used the stock line u mentioned and also a boost only source which can be gained from the waste gate actuator by the boost solenoid or the vacuum line leaving you T-MAP sensor on the cold side intercooler piping
