Problems with clucth master kit

Hi .. recently install the stg 3 clucth master ... and this is the result after 500 miles in breaking any of you had problems with this clucth .. in fact we have installed a friend stg4 for cobalt ss / tc .. without any problem http://photos-b.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos..._7604569_s.jpg

What is it? A spring break? I havent had any trouble but that was the weak point of CM's clutches a few years ago.

I had that problem it fucked my **** up I had the 6 puck stage 4 spring greanaded and bye bye.flywheel. I am now on a 6 puck customly made before.my eyes at kentucky clutch. I love it...

They custom make each disc and pressure plates some times.....

You mentioned Stage 4... the springs look beefier and center piece is solid stage 4 vs stage 3.

Ok..you say this was BREAK IN ONLY..so the spring size would really have no bearing in this case.

Truthfuly clutchmaster don't make there clutches if u look at there discs and pressure playes u will see sachs and wut not on them. That's the mfg name.

The pressure plate and discs are modified.

. The disc and pressure plate I received from them. Is made foe our cars yes but they don't mfg them or they by there parts already made. Ky clutch and some other say the same. Ky clutch made me my clutch customized double sprung 6 puck, with 1/8 thicker kevlar material. .... I payed 300 for the kit with. Warranty

I hate phones lol they make there own words lol... I mean cm might custom clutches but they don't mfg them meaning they prob prototype them but sachs or oek makes them.

I had stage 3 on my car at first was fucked up to all hell. Hahn set is was manufacturer defect and replaced it with stage 4 no problems ever since.

Can I ask why your using a stage 3 or even 4 clutch? You cannot operate the pucked or partially pucked clutches like normal, they are a no slip design, really to be used in or out, or they CHATTER BADLY and break the springs.
