Problems shifting quick with the Exedy

Ok so the exedy has been great, however occasionally when WOT, shifting near redline (Not NLSing) i will get a grinding type noise that i DO NOT feel in the shifter. This happens into 2nd and 3rd on "quick shifts that I never had problems with on stock clutch. Under all other conditions, the shifts are as crisp as brand new, if not better. I have a hard time thinking is synchros because way back when i remember grinding into 5th while cruising and i could feel it in the shifter.

Now ive got some variables since i was stock

Exedy HyperSingle... about 1600 miles
OTTP Stage 2 mounts? Anyone else experience shifting issues with these?
I have adjusted The Shifter position already, still does the noise
Clutch install learn was done one the Stock/OEM ECU, Car is operating on Tuned 2nd ECU

If anyone has any input, so i can narrow it down before i take it back to the installer?
Thanks

Up, so the disc seperates farther when depressed to the limit. The cyl bottoms out on mine before the pedal hits the carpet. My SPEC still drags a bit at times. Wishing I had got the ZZP stage 4+ and kept the stock FW myself.

If the cyl is bottoming out, short of vac bleeding it to make sure the air is all out (I did 3 times) it is what it is. Doubleclutch.
