Rear O2 sensor not ready

Rear O2 sensor not ready
I have to get my 2008 SS smogged and the rear O2 sensor and evap shows not ready. In California the evap does not have to be ready. I have a new ZZ crate motor. Previous owner put in a 3" Down pipe. I have tried many drive cycles, I called the previous owner to ask if he disabled the Rear O2 in HP tunes. He can't recall. I looked up the tune and I didn't see it disabled. Here are my choices as I see it , but any advice will be welcomed.
1--replace rear O2
2--Put stock tune back in temporarily
3--Make the O2 "invisible" in HP Tunes ( no idea how to to do this)

If anyone has had this problem your input would truly be appreciated.

How much have you driven since the last flash or ECU reset?

It's a down pipe with no cats and an extended bung for the rear O2 sensor? This is what happens with those. Put cats on it so the sensor completes its readiness check. I had this problem every year with NC inspection and had to swap in the cats to pass. I got tired of it and just left the cats on. The planet will thank you.

Mini-Cat

Get one of these or put a DP with a cat on. You can always swap back to the other DP after your smog test.

I haven't been able to get the o2 ready either, good thing is that the evap got ready so I was able to pass with one test not ready

So glad I don't have to go through this in Indiana. I like my catless downpipe!
I kept my catted zzp downpipe just in case Indiana goes to this at some point.

It's a pain specially since it has to be done every year and with tuning the car so much the readiness test tend to start over again
