Recommended fuel for turbos
Nope people are trying to cheap out on gas.
How about this. Do some calculations. Your only paying like $5-$10 bucks more a tank full from 89-93. Why not just USE PREMIUM LIKE THE FREAKING MANUAL SAYS! /rant
Or...you can get a tune to run 87 octane like a member does for winter. Then summer time he gets the tune back for 93.
Just a thought. Saying a little of money on gas is not worth hurting the engine over.

My car is just an LS, so I was filling with 87 with 10% ethanol at husky (AMA dollars there). A couple weeks ago I read that the car will actually change your ignition timings to prevent knock, which degrades the performance of the engine. I've started filling with 89 with 10% ethanol, and I've noticed a considerable change. My fuel economy has improved by .3 L to 100km.
u tried the 94 eh? How was it for you? Did u notice any MPG gains from it?? As well, did it have that 10% ethanol in it? If so I will probably never fill up with less than 93 octane ever again
