Reusable Turbo Gasket?

Has anyone reused the turbo-exhaust manifold gasket? Making a parts run today and wondering if this needs to go on the list. Thanks.

Probably not a good idea to reuse the manifold side.

You shouldn't cheap out, do the job right and get a new gasket

True. Sometimes you can reuse, usually not. This one looks pretty sturdy yet compliant so I was seeing if someone out there knows for sure. I'll just be safe and get another. Thanks.

No sense in putting it all back together with a used gasket then the chance of having to do it all over again with a new gasket when it leaks.

Are you talking about the gasket between the exhaust manifold and turbo or the actual exhaust manifold to the head gasket? If the first one, it is reusable but when exposed to a good bit of heat it does shred itself to pieces.

The first one (exhaust manifold-to-turbo). I have a new exhaust manifold-to-head gasket (came with the new engine). I had to take off the turbo in order to transfer the exhaust manifold from the old engine to new engine.

OK. You can indeed reuse the gasket. I got a new one when I installed my zfr and believe it or not shredded itself after 4-5k miles.
