They'll be standard for 2010 so GM is expecting to get quite a few.

It's probably a supplier issue that these are hard to come by. GM hasn't been on the best terms with suppliers recently with the whole bankruptcy possiblity going on...

Heck, I'm still waiting on getting an OnStar coax cable for an issue I asked about in January. It's not due to be in until the summertime because of a loss of supplier (not sure if it is because of GM's business relationships/situation or the supplier itself went out of business though).

That was correct, but is now incorrect. As a part of GM's financial situation, the Cruze won't be out until later in 2010, so until then there will 2010 year model Cobalts until they're are fazed out with the Cruze. The information on the 2010 Cobalts is pretty recent, so just do a search. There is already information out on the changes/revisions for the coming year (such as the removal of the sedan SS).

hopefully the RPD and LSD will be standard. I know chevy wanted to come in under the MS3, but these features would be selected by pretty much any performance minded individual, which this car is targeted at. i feel bad for the non RPDers that wanted it, and the dudes who signed their paperwork all excited, hopped on CSS.net and found out they had a open diff.

You are contacting them correct? I wouldn't wait for them to contact you if that's the case. Did you already order the car? Or do you just want to know when it's available? Because if you just ordered the car a month ago you will still have a wait.

Search is your friend. I think you need some wiring harnesses, etc. in order for it to work. Plus, the $295 option from the dealer will now cost you closer to $1k as you need to order things separately.

You're better off with an interceptor gauge or another form of wideband.
