Single pop/stuter Climbing RPM's

Had my 09ss/tc almost a year now, jus had purge solenoid replaced for random backfires/pops ( and a issue with it not wanting to turn on after gasing up). But now i need to know why it lets out a little pop/backfire underload in the 3k-5k RPM range. Sometimes if i downshift to 2nd at 30-45 mph and get on it sorta hard the car takes OFF! but its not the usual exhaust note its nothing but backfires and pops, it sounds cool as **** and the car is not feeling like any powers being lost but i dont know if its good. I DID recently change the plugs out with ones from mpx one step colders they were all gapped at .33 .
Is this a sign of bad to come or a in need of tune issue? i have GMS1 n Catless DP n K&N dropin thats all.

If it gets worse or starts throwing a code ill buy some OEM plugs and replace them but with these NGK 1step colder it only does it when im Haulin ass and thats not too frequent for me, but i have backed out of a few runs till i get a fix for it, maybe its the gap

I got NGK 1 step colder plugs from MPC since it's down the street and I was picking up a few other parts. I have no issues but I have to check the gap on all of the and adjust a few since they were way off. Might wanna pull them out since it's easy and recheck the gaps just incase on bumped when going in and closed up a little. I have noticed this car has a very picky computer compared to my LS1.
