Soon to be installing Treadstone Stage 3 Kit
Calicobalt don't worry... I am going to find a dyno nearby and run it there. You should roll when I do. Probably next month, after the tune is taken care of. I'm sure the butt dyno will be pleased too. I am hoping for like 315-320hp at the wheels and like 330-340 lbs/tq at the wheels. Should be coles to that. I just wish there was more E85 places around here...
Bossted are you going to be tuning for an E mix?

This isn't the Stage 4 turbo upgrade kit. This one is just Intake, Intercooler, Piping, BOV & Exhaust. Doing it all now so that the turbo upgrade will be quick and easy in the spring!
I am sticking with the TF tuning for now. I'll decide what I am going to do as far as tuning for a bigger turbo in the spring.

Just got everything in today, looks awesome! Welds are perfect, bends are nice and clean and the coating on the charge piping is mint! Now to just find the time to get it all installed.... Any volunteers with free time on their hands? lol
If I lived close I would. Everything bolted together nice for mine. They forgot to inclued the adapter for the valve cover vent that connects to the intake, thats the only thing holding me up for now. They mailed it out yesterday which was cool. I e-mailed them on Saturday and got a phone call like 20 minutes later Jason said he would ship it on Monday and he did.
Take your time dude. It should turn out nice.

Yep. Looks *******! The BOV sticks out cuz its so blue compared to the black of the rest of the engine but still looks sweet. All I have left is the Intercooler. I took my sweet time about everything and I had the whole intake side done in probably like 3 hours or so give or take. Some of the bolts are a little biznatch to get to. The only reason why I stopped was it was getting dark and I live in a condo complex so I don't have good lights, like if I had a garage.
Soon I promise dude. I would love to roll in december but I have plans for the LA car show. If SCE does something other than that I'll roll.
BooSSted- who is going to turbo swap first you or me???
Killa the video in your sig is damn funny!

The only question I am going to have with this install is where does the tit on the top of the BOV connect to.... I know it is a vacuum line, but i'll be damned if I know where it goes.
I'm not sure if I will turbo swap. I jsut found out my dad's friend is going to sell me his all original (283 with a 2 speed powerglide) 57 chevy 4 door bel air. So hmm let me think... Turbo swap or sic ass classic ride... REAL hard decision... I'm going to be swapping a 454 and a th400 into the 57.
Dide you get the bypass valve block off plate? The little tan plastic cap on the passenger side of the turbo has a vac line on it. Take the cap off and the rubber cup and spring out. Replace it with the plate, then take the vac line off and put it on the BOV nipple, you should be good to go. Let me get some pictures up stand by.
EDIT: Here you go hope this helps, click them to make it bigger, I didn't want to put in huge pictures.
This first thumbnail image shows the VAC line to be removed. I just routed mine along the front of the engine bay above the fans and zip tied it there.

This one shows how the block off plate should fit in. Because of its design the original tan cap and the spring and rubber cup all get removed or so it appears.
