ok guys tomorrow me and a friend are going to race he drives a 04 350z with sri and exhaust mines bone stock who u think will take the win

from a dig, hell take you from the start and youl just catch up by about 60mph. from a roll, u deff will. 350z's with the DE motor arent that fast. they run 14's stock most of the time with the absolute best being a high 13. all u gotta do is get a good launch and youl win no problem.

 

You should have no problem beating a basically stock, pre-07 Z.

I raced a kid with a 06 with Intake Plenum, Intake, Headers, and Catback and beat him by 1 car

All I had was just my Downpipe and Catback

 

i raced an 03 z, stock on stock...we raced twiced from a 10 and a 20 roll I got owned twice, im a pretty decent driver but they jast have that advantage from the dig, 50 roll you might have a chance

 

If you got beat on a roll you sir are not a "decent driver" at all.

old z's are slow dogs.

 

They get good launches from a dead stop, but you'd catch him easy if you don't miss your shifts. I beat them at the track all the time when I was stock. Havn't been to the track since I got tuned.

 

If you BOTH were stock ... it would be awsome to see the actual differences. From a dig.. will be a drivers race. I think you can reel him in. From a role.. You should pull him.

I just raced my friends last night (04 350z). We went from a digg.. He pulled out about a car.. And I walked on him good.. Im a bone stock 09 SS sedan.

Well im not stock and the g35 that I raced had tune, intake, catback and he normally would get me out of the whole but I would fly by him like he wasn't even moving. Here are a few vids. Also these vids are on the old stock bald tires and old tune.

I also raced another G35 with the same mods plus drag radials and he would jump on me so hard that I was just catching up to and starting to pass him at the end of the 1/8th. Just thought I would share the vids.
