Quick question, i know there has been a bunch of threads about this and I apologize.... but here's my question

If I get the upgrade and the dealer installs it, Can I get a tuner after with the new upgrade? And also... Can I get all my bolt ons after the upgrade? Like downpipe, catback, etc

I have no MODS yet and I was waiting for this upgrade so I can start building up my car.

What do you guys think would be the best tuner to get for performance?

And what website has the cheapest price on the upgrade?
