Starter Solenoid Voltage

Hello all,
2009 LNF
Car started when I pulled it into the garage.
Replaced injectors with the Opel injectors.
Turned key to start position.
Dash lights up as expected.
Battery voltage is great.
But it won't turn over.
Voltage at S terminal on starter solenoid is about 8V when ignition is in start position.

The solenoid typically needs about 12V to work, so I plan on checking/cleaning connections.

I'm really not looking forward to it, so I thought I would ask if there could be anything else I've overlooked?

Thanks in advance.
Ron
