Your wheels are out of balance or you have a bent wheel.

Wheel alignment will not cause a shake or vibration.

Is it speed -> speed then goes away, or does it get worse as your speed increases? If the latter:

1) Out of balance or bent wheel (weights are known to randomly fall off)
2) My stock front rotors were warped on my TC and it got worse with speed (and even worse under braking)

Agreed!

If the feeling gets worse when your braking it's probably warped rotors. If the feeling doesn't change it means your wheel(s) is out of balance.

Anyone have a problem when slowing down from like 50+ mph and the wheel shaking like hell?? mine does it everytime i slow down from around 50, what could be the cause, have no issues with this other than when i'm braking from that speed or higher.

Out of curiosity, does it do it everywhere, or only on the same stretch of road? Have ou seen huge fluctuations in ambient temperature lately (ie. stupid hot during the day, cool at night, next day totally different, repeat)?

Have you ever had your tires rotated or balanced? You usually notice a car is out of balance at highway speeds that's probably your problem.

And to the guy who's steering wheel shakes under braking your pads/rotors are probably messed up somewhere,

Still means it's off balance.

If you just did a brake job, have you checked the torque of the lug nuts after about 25 miles? They will loosen up sometimes after a short run.

Double check to make sure your lug nuts are properly torqued and look for the wheel weights to make sure that you have not lost any them.

i had my sway bar end links replaced under warranty and the tech said my lug nuts were way to tight... and he loosened the one where he replaced the end link. so three way too tight and one normal.

Not warped per say. Rotors do not warp they build uneven deposits on them which causes that uneven feel a you apply the brakes. Basically the thickness of the rotors is different in some areas which causes the pulsation.
