Hello, new to this site. I have found conflicting information, so sorry if this has been covered over and over, I'm sure someone can answer it in 2 seconds. Im know the factory downpipe is 3", but what size is it where it hooks onto the exhaust system? Is it still 3 or does it bottleneck down to 2.5 there? My plan is to do the downpipe now and later an exhaust system. It has a K&N SRI and will have a Trifecta tune after I get the downpipe. Any help is apriciated. I cant get under it right now. Thank you.

I think it kinda bottlenecks to 2.5 where they link up at, but don't quote me on it....or flame me

3 inch my zzp didnt bottle neck at all.

The DP is 3" all the way. I have heard that the short Cat back section in front of the resonsonator (right after the DP flange) is narrowed down to 2.5" or so. However, I can't confirm this.
