stock manifold question

just wondering what out stock manifold is made out of and if it can be welded..

I wouldn't do that. I personally would make an adapter out of high grade tubing from the 3 bolt stock flange to a t25.

Yes, high quality steel. If you just use mild steel th heat generated will cause it to deform.

Much better idea than just welding a flange on... Or just get a header that matches the turbo

They used to sell something like that for Hondas to adapt the flange to T25, but for the life of me I don't know where to get it. Cost something like 40 bucks or so. I don't know if taking the time to fab it would be worth 40 bucks if you can source the adapter!
