Ask your tuner to check it out for you. He might be able to help

Here, like this. Its pretty easy to record. You can't hear mine super clearly but at right around 8 seconds is when it does it. It doesn't usually last longer than 1 second when mine does it but it does happen once every couple dozen starts or so, especially after it rains and/or is cold...

I've got 101k on mine and been tuned (CCSS3) since 80k, No trouble here, at all. I hit red line at least 3 times a day.

Of course that is on a 2009 RY Sedan.

They are coming into contact, just ever so slightly. But enough to leave marks.

My turbo is making the "blades hitting the housing" sound, but I am under warranty and gm is refusing to change the turbo until it blows up. I hope the blown impeller parts will take out the motor when they will be blown into pieces @ full boost...

bought my car at 67k now have 77k and no issues. When I get back to TN Wednesday (1600 mile road trip FTL) i'll check it out and snap a picture of mine, I'd be curious to see if I have any wear/play...

Have any of you even checked if you have shaft play though?
My turbo still seems to work fine at 52k miles, but i have been tuned since 36k miles.
