So you're saying you don't want to have any backpressure......in a turbo car....just wondering.

It still has a highflow cat but no mufflers, so it'll only get louder.
As for the o2 sensor, you'll probably get a check engine light but its nothing to worry about.

You make it sound like no back pressure is a bad thing on a turbo charged car.

The turbine wheel/housing provides all the back pressure that the engine needs, anything after it is a restriction.

Not true. I have a friend who is a deisel mechanic for pepsi and he helped build 17 different cars f/i and back pressure plays more part in exhaust then you think. Too much is bad and too little is even worse.

you dont want back pressure after the turbo you want to have the strightest most free flowing ehaust.. why do you think people use 3inch exhausts and cars like evos and stis have that 'drift' style tip that comes out at an angle.. its make that exhaust as stright as poiible elminating as much back pressure as possible.. this helps the turbo spool faster and more effciant

Cats mean nothing its the length, and size, why do you think 3+ is worthless for our cars? Too much backpressure, and 2 is stock I believe cause its perfect for the engine, turbos do good with a 2.5 all the way back, now im not the best person to ask all more kinds of questions but thats what I remember my friend saying, plus other things are takin into factor

So should go with straight pipes so it has less restriction but the down fall is a shitty sounding car?

on th s/c cars its worthless becuase we need back pressure.. you DO NOT want back pressure o a turbo car tat turbo supplys the all he back pressure your engine needs after the turbo you want the exhaust to get the hell out of there

Keep the stock exhaust and put a 3" cutout right after the turbo.

Quiet for the street; flip a switch and you've got wide open power.

It actually has 0 to do with anything performance, it's purely a style thing.

Drifting is a Japanese competition and that's what they think is cool over there so guys over here duplicate.
