Swiss cheese airbox

I'm gonna be changing my oil and just general maintenance tomorrow on the balt. Figured I might drill a few holes in the airbox to get some more noise out of it. I've seen the thread about the airbox mod, but I don't want to do anything drastic.

Any ideas?

Just do the airbox mod. It's not drastic at all.

Taking the snorkel out is less drastic than ruining the airbox. You can always put the snorkel back in.

When I just looked at the pictures, I couldn't really tell what was going on. Maybe once I have the car there to look at as well, I'll figure it out.

First start with removing your tire marks you call "cool" going from your front bumper back.

Lmao the title of this thread made me laugh.

Just take the top off and use a strip of thin aluminum (bend it at the ends and drill the ends into the sides of the airbox) Cost me 0.67 for the strip of aluminum. Cheapest mod ever ftw
