Synapse's reinforced Intercooler

Hey all, I received my reinforced intercooler from Synapse yesterday and just finished installing it. I won't have a review on performance until I get re-tuned but here's my first impressions.

Right when I opened it up it looked like it would hold much much better with the reinforced endtanks. A+ job Synapse! However, when I got ready to actuallu bolt her up there I noticed that the passenger side bracket was bent! I barely had to put in any effort to bend it back straight so I just hope that it holds. Stock IC piping goes on quite easily, although I have put it on 3 or 4 times now. Total install took about 2 hours. No power tools and no lift.

I actually had to do quite a bit of trimming. None is visible though. I also took my lower grille out to make things easier.

I live 5 minutes from Synapse Turbo, and had purchased their intercooler about a year ago. Well 2 weeks ago i had them upgrade the endtanks. Morgan went as far as taking my car, removing the intercooler, giving me a ride home and than personally delivering my car to my house when it was done for......... FREE! The reinforced endtanks are well put together and Synapse Turbo is top notch all around. When i got some freed up money im definately going there for some custom work.

Nice. I wish I lived near a vendor who I could work with.
