My tranny shifts perfect everyday and has been beaten harder than anyother lnf, so I see it having no problem taking the abuse at this power level. GM built this car tough!

why is 06blackg85ss only running a 12.84 in the 1/4 mile if he has 414hp . Seems like that should be in the low 12's

We haven't tested it with the lsj yet, but it's something we will do in the future.

Get some Drag radials on and test that thing. I'm guessing becasue of the cold air and stock tires being hard as rocks the car was just spinning. When are your going to put a cat back on?

It seems kind of silly now to keep the stock cat-back on.

We wanted to show the ability of the kit just being bolted on, we will be installing our 3" catback soon.

Cat-Back FTW!

You'll see some VERY nice gains once you bolt that up

I'm pretty sure everyone is awaiting the cat back results because most people will be running with a 3".

Great work!

I really wonder on

a) how the car will sound with a cat installed on it
b) how much less power it would make with the cat installed on it

I think catless downpipe is great but a lot of states will ding you big time for not having a cat installed on the car....

If you were to use a 3" high flow cat there should be almost no power loss. It would probably sound better too IMO. They should be at 400whp with a 3" catback installed.
