I think there may be 4 things that need to be addressed before this would be "streetable"

1) MAF
2) Fuel Pump
3) Injectors
4) Clutch /Trans upgrades
is there any info/facts to back what you stated. the maf, fuel pump and injectors show no signs of having problems with more power.

The clutch will need replaced. the trans/driveline is good to go as well. the 2 things i see that will be needed are

1.clutch
2. 3 bar maps

Your reasons for the Trans/driveline being good to go? You think those axles will be able to hold that power?

What car do the numbers in your sig. represent? The 270something hp and the 360tq. What mods are on that car?

I know Hahn said he put an aftermarket clutch in his T/C, wonder if this was the one he used?

Well, considering they have used Clutch Masters in the past on other projects, I would say yes.

I'll do a test fit on my LSJ for you Synapse. Let me know if that is something you might be interested in, and maybe we can work something out. Great work as always and damn nice products.

Why would you not keep it as a divided housing design?

Idk, to me it seems like they have no intrest in the LSJ but I think many parts will fit both and there is alot of extra money to be made.

have you seen are axles.... aside from that a GM Enginner told me the driveline (other than clutch) and motor will hold well over 400whp. so I am going to go with his opinion until I break something.

It's not that they have no interest, it's more of keeping with a certain spec of car. Their norm is all Honda parts, so even looking at a turbo Cobalt surprised the hell out of me. I'm sure most of the parts will fit anyhow like you said.

I approve of this thread

Bye bye little wussie hissing turbo. Hello train whistle turbo goodness. :]

Nice work guys, with this manifold alone you'd pick up quite a bit of power, it appears the runner lengths are good for some resonance tuning around 6600 rpm or so, good to keep the residual exhaust gas percentage low on the top end where a T2 flange would be normally choking anything out over 250 whp. P.S. You should really consider going with the large flange for those who would like say a Gt30R for example.

Joe i sure hope who'm ever gets that kit, gets a "real" tune for there car....

thats a big change to hope a canned tune would cover.....

its nice to see people making progress....but flashing a can'd tune brings back the good ole days of intense and there stg5 set ups.
