you'll be able to update whatever you need thru HPT but Lyndon from Wester will have a reflash for this kit since he has unlocked A LOT more than HPT has.

the car is going to have several dyno runs after the kit has been installed to tweak it up as best as possible and who knows, maybe that file will be available to people who purchase the kit...i don't have complete details yet

Our kit, will come with a tuned file, that can be used to run the car or used so that further tweaking can be done if you want it tuned per your car. Thus, we will be using hptuners so that you guys have this option.

How well will the manifold hold up to every day street driving? Won't the temps be quite a bit higher than running the stock manifold? I have seen tuned Eclipse's with tubular mainifolds that get glowing red that are front mount's. They at leaset get some sort of a breeze. These wont get movement.

The manifold will hold up no problem, the manifolds you see glowing red are made of much thinner material or the car was running improperly with very high egt's. As with all our manifolds we have always had a lifetime warranty.

Looks like a tight fit but it should be worth it.

Looks great Synapse. I've been trying to get you someone for a test fit on the HHR forums, but no dice yet. If no one steps up, I'd like to see if we can work something out.

i'd say a dyno of your guys' turbo back exhaust, intercooler, and this tubular manifold is in order.

As soon as we are done with all the fab work on the kit, we will have plenty of dyno footage
