Good info there as well. Is it safe to assume that the Intercooler Inlet and Outlet are the same size? What about the Throttle Body? I dont have access to my Car but I am trying to make sure that I have everything.

are you sure? i just went out there with a tape measure and the outside of the coupler on the turbo measured 2.5 and the other ones measured 2 3/4 or do the clamp measurements go by inside measurements?? if so then i just sound like a complete idiot

I didn't actually measure but I purchased:

1 x 2.5" silicon straight coupler
4 x 2.5" tbolt clamp
2 x 2.0" tbolt clamp

and it worked beautifully.

Look at post 43 from the link above (https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/showt...kes.com&page=3) and you will see how the Injen CP sort of kinks in to accommodate the turbo outlet.

You shoudn't need a hump coupler. You want the pipes to be butted up right flush against each other.

Biggest advantage with the hump ones is that like you said you have some flex with your Intercooler Pipes a few degrees at most. But if you buy a kit from a vendor the pipes fit beautifully therefore you don`t really need a hump one.

Got my T-Bolt clamps at a hardware / auto parts store here called Princess Auto. You should be able to find them anywhere that seels hydraulic hoses and parts. That is the section I found them in, presumably because they are needed to withstand the high pressures in hydraulic systems.

is it (2) 2" clamps or (2) 2 1/4" clamps, or will either work?

i've seen both in these topics and I haven't seen a need for silicon straight clamps

I've ordered the Injen kit and i'm getting ready to get the clamps, have a local place that gave me a good price on them and I know i need (4) 2.5" clamps but was wondering about the other two

I don't know about the 2008s, but my 09 sedan has Constant Torque Clamps. I was actually quite surprised to see them on the car. Another sign of thoughtfulness from the GM engineers.
