thermometer

in the gauge cluster, when you have the settings to show the odometer to the left it should read the temperature. in the 08 ss/tc I just bought it just has 3 lines it looks like this in the screen "_ _ _ 28850" any idea how to get the 3 _'s to read the temperature or what would be wrong there?

Thanks for any suggestions
Jared

BTW, I bought it with 27,XXX miles for $12,000 (someone getting out of the ARMY stationed in Germany, didnt want to take it home or worry about the bills once they didnt have a job, thought it was a good deal.

I'll play your game........haha where do I start? where is the thermometer etc? I am stationed in Germany and although there is a dealership like 60km away I dont feel like paying for repairs in EURO since for every 20euro costs me $30 or so, plus everything is more expensive so what would cost $50 in the states costs 80euro here which is like $120....exchange rate sucks

I believe it's behind the drivers side headlight in the mounting bracket

turns out when they replaced the headlights and foglights with HID's they forgot to plug it back in, one little clip and BAM, all is good, although I think the temp is off by at least 5-10 degrees
