Ok I am going to make a poll and see what you guys would prefer for the "selectable" crazy tune. Please vote and explain your reasoning. I plan on getting it although I want the comp mode one, but is there any advantage to useing just the esc instead? I could of swore i seen people running fast with esc off then those with comp mode off. Also which would be safer, cause dont the comp mode not allow you to spin tires?

cruise off control

I would want to use the Comp Mode feature for both the stock & Trifecta tunes...

Same with ESC, I would like to use it on/off with both tunes...

cruise on = stock tune, which you would want to be cruising with.
cruise off = Trifecta tune, which you really on't need to be cruising with.

i want mine to be cruise button on - tuned mode on... cruise off/normal - stock. This just seems to make the most sense.. cuz then u can see the cruise button glowing signaling you're in the mood to haul lol

I would prefer: Cruise control ON:MPG tune, Cruise control off:Stock tune, Competition Mode:Trifecta Normal Tune, ESC off:Crazy Tune. This makes logical sense.

The only other option I would like would be CC On:MPG tune, CC Off:Stock Tune, Traction OFF:Tirfecta Tune, Competition Mode On:Crazy Tune, ESC OFF:Crazy Tune.

I think I've gotta go with the cuise on=tune, cruise off=stock... big part of that is when I have to bring the car to the dealer, the tune is off when they start the car and start tinkering around..

nope.. default mode for cruise is off, and I'd like my default tune to be in stock mode.. would be easier if when we order the tune Vin could just ask us what we want it to be, and do it as such.. probably isn't just that simple I'm guessing

i use my cruise control. so why would i want to disable cruise control on my car to make it different tunes when theres a button specifically for traction and whatnot. I think normal is normal, ESC off is tune on ESC off. Comp Mode is tune on and Park/rev set at whatever you want.

This is a hard decision even for me on my car - LOL - having it on the CC switch means i dont have to move my hands from the wheel to hit it. Then again, it seems more fitting to have it tied to the competition mode

I use CC, so I wouldn't want to mess with that. And I never turn off ESC unless I want to go fast, so I would choose ESC all the way.

I chose for it to activate the "performance" minded tune when it's in comp mode and in ESC off mode, just a stock tune in normal mode. Can't wait to try it out! I think it's kinda cool to have comp mode actually boost performance as well...makes "Competitive Mode" make more sense, haha. Plus I don't think I'll ever really toggle it while I'm driving, it'll either be one way or the other from the time I start the car.

When you dyno the car, dont you want the esc completely off. Wouldn't it make sense to have the performance mode tied into the esc off button(5sec. hold). Comp mode on a dyno would cause issues with the comp. trying to get traction, right? Or have the performance mode tied into both comp. and esc off.

Using the cruise control master button for the switch wouldn't disable the cruise control. Using the button simply would turn off & on the tune.

I would say cruise control bc you will have full use of all other modes still.. So you can use competitive mode with or w/o tune activated. Plus why would you put it on competitive mode bc launch control isn't the best way to launch.. But to each their own Vince can do it which ever way you want..

How's this for an option:

Vince, have "Setting" the cruise control choose the hot tune AND engage a nitrous system. Then you can just "cruise" down the track at WOT with full boost and a 100 shot of nitrous.

i used the TC button and love it, vince did comp and all off mode(hold down for 6 secs) so i can use that at the track and have all the nannys off for use with some real tires

you don't have to use launch control always while in comp mode

i think the cruise button is too easy to hit anyway, plus when I am in stock mode i can use cruise and get the most mpg

that is actually really good idea. i'm feelin that. except i would dump comp mode and turn that into uber pwnage mode with insane boost. personally i think comp mode is useless as hell.
