I didnt realize that there would be this much interest in this kit, so, i guess well have to bring the group buy back, a win/win for all of us.
CudaJoe, could you make a 2nd category in the first post. Well wait till we get all 10 spots filled, then well reduce the price again and post the link.....sounds good?
What do you guys think about a group buy in the intake kit with air straightener?

done. keep an eye on the "TR8 IC comparison to Stock" thread people. IC will get installed on Friday. Im gonna take off of work for it to make sure I dont get tuned with a boost leak. lol.
I will also include a How-to in either that thread or create a new thread.

ok my bad i had it all along... my email was all messed up so i couldnt find it... i fail. anyways... UPS said it will be here monday witch sucks i wanted it to be here for the weekend so i could instal it... damn ups slow asses lol
yes. it will make it so the coupler has to stretch out to slip off which it "shouldnt" be able to do with the help of the Tbolt. You could always just put it on and tighten the Tbolts down good and see if it holds up, it may not slip off at all.

I just called a local shop, they're gonna bead roll it for me. So this should be pretty good after they're bead rolled.
I'm excited. Monday, I'll be wearing a treadstone intercooler

if you install the aluminum pipe with T-bolt clamp, the surface friction between the two is so much on our products, the we do not get blow offs below 30psi. Bead roll ends are sometimes over-rated. When we powder coat the pipes, the surface friction coefficient becomes very low, because of the paint, thats why we leave 1" of non painted suface.
For extra precuation, you can flare the end of the aluminum pipe with vice grips, and put hair spray on before clamping down.
