Treadstone question

Ive been lookin at this pipe and by the looks of it to me its a intake pipe but on the site it says its a intercooler pipe. To me it looks like the intake pipe with the coupler on the end of extra bend at the end for a intake. My question is is this pipe made for a intake. I was going to buy it for my turbo build on my car but wasnt sure if its a intake or cp
