Trifecta Problem????
Oh shut the hell up. And i have a **** ton of trifecta logs that look like I took a **** and brought it back to life with a lighter. i highly highly doubt u have a log from me. If the car was logged and finished up. So quit talking Ure ****.
Also who is this car you speak of????? Reason i ask is there's not one car around you that i have tuned.. so please explain.... So my **** talk will stay not only because trifecta is a shady source for tuning but is also passed around by people that have no idea what tuning is . Some do most don't.

BUT ANYWAYS!!!!!
BACK TO MY CAR! :P hehe
my car is shooting smoke/sputtering/backfiring/farting/dieing/w.e elseing under WOT
did a ghetto boost leak, didnt find anything...
Lol sorry op I think its funny cuz he always talks **** but lacks the proof to show...... Anyways back to topic. Op fix ure leak. You can't at all log and get correct readings with a leak.
I asked because you mentioned that this was an update, and that it ran better on the last tune.
Vince has indicated to me that sometimes people don't get the tune installed properly;
with every tune you have a stock run file, as well as the trifecta tune;
you should also have the ability to install the last version of your tune, assuming you saved it.
Were I you, I'd look at this...
good luck!
the thing that made me think it was tune related is that the OP stated that the car ran better on the last tune;
and mentioned nothing of changes that preceded the percieved tune issues from the revised tune...
But that being said;
If the stock tune, or last version of the tune are installed and the same issues are observed, then odds are the tune was installed correctly, and it is a mechanical issue.

its the right tune... lol
im not sure how i can install the wrong tune? i just select launch control settings. then i click the engine thing. and i click the tune he sent it to me, and i wait like 5-10 minutes until it hits 100% and it finishes..
after that i let idle for a few minutes, drove it up down my neighborhood, everything seemed, fined. did a datalog at like 3am that night(no traffic) sent to vince, i got not update tune, so im assuming car looked good to him
but what im saying is, this is the first time i ran the car hard. and every time i would do it it would start sputtering

and yea.. ill try to fix the boost leak. but its suuuuch a small boost leak.
im going to pull the plugs out right now actually.
all clamps look good... i really think its the sensor on the lower charge pipe...
that part my friend did... and i dont make mistakes.
so its gotta be his fault
Eh, its a lil carboned up. Just order new plugs, they would be nice to have anyways and it only costs you like $20. You could also try regapping them to 0.30" if they're still at stock gap. Could be getting some blow out.
and i have no idea what my plugs are gapped to. ill go to the nearest advanced tommorow and get that silver quarter looking thing and gap them at .3"
anyone recommend plugs for lnf?
