i have a hahn coolram CAI and the trifecta on the way. (hahn already installed) what do you think my numbers will be? i went with the average joe tune not the insanely aggressive one.

It shouldn't matter if they use different color wires. If you do it yourself and do it wrong, they will void your warranty if there is a problem. So...if you can't do it right, take it to the dealer. If you can do it right and use the standard wires, there should be no issue! They can't void your warranty for installing the part correctly and it not causing any problems!

in the perfect world yes .. but if you are not qualified to do so on paper there might be issues because then you have to prove you did nothing wrong and that the failure that might or will occur wasn't a mistake you made or was caused by your lack of expertise...all they have to do is something simple like claim that you hooked the wires up with the battery connected and you have no way of proving you didn't... pay the money and get the dealership to do it and it will save you money later if something does go wrong... and as the old saying goes.. if something could go wrong.. it can and and usually will go wrong..
