Turbo or BPV issues

So a couple months ago i was getting what sounded like an exhaust leak, put the car in the air to see if there was one or not come to find out one of the nuts on the turbo manifold had come un done. Ok, easy fix. everything was going great until thursday night on my way home from work. the noise came back, it does it even when i just tap the gas while not moving. put the car in the air again checked the manifold everythings tight and no leaks. next thing i was thinking was ahh **** the turbos bad. so i take the cai off and check for any shaft play or excess oil everything checked out great no shaft play and no oil, so my dad is checking around the turbo and notices the forge bpv where the little hose fitting is, was loose. he could sping the part that has the hose on it and im wondering if i could be sucking air in but i can still hit full boost, the car just sounds like it has an exhaust leak is what it sounds like. thanks for any help guys

well that's an easy fix, just screw it tight. there is a cap holding the part where the hose connects in place, u can unscrew it to put in new spring or grease it, just screw it tight and that should fix it right up for u if that's where its leaking. literally just hold the middle part by the hose so it doesn't move and screw the outside tight

I believe he has the second gen forge BPV where the nipple is angled 90* from top of valve. If so, those nipples are threaded into the cap. I have the same one. Mine was only finger tight too. I used some loctite sealant and tightened nipple down, so far so good.

OP video of said noise?

Yeah I have the angled forge bpv, but i switched out my stock one and the noise is still there. Talked to a buddy of mine and he said it could be a crushed gasket on the turbo manifold. I have a gasket for the dp already so I'll order a new turbo gasket. I did notice thought whole I was revving it today there were pieces of what looked like gasket that came out of the exhaust. So I'll keep you posted and I tried to take a video but my phone sucked and I forgot to get one while sitting still, if the gasket doesn't fix it I'm gonna say it's the turbo but idk how lol
