Turbo guys, I NEED UR HELP!

okay so i bought this HAHN intake in a package deal i got from the states... trying to save some money. ive had no problem with any of the parts except this freakin intake. i went to install in today and hit a HUGE PROBLEM. the peice that connects to the clip line thingy at the top of the intake (i have no idea what its called right now) dosnt clip on.... > and its very frustrating.. heres pics of what im talking about: PLEASE tell me that someone can tell me whats wrong, and how to fix it.... im at a loss of ideas on this part..

had the same prob with my dejon intake, i had to force the tube on there, and ghetto rig it, finally got tired of it and bought a K&N SRI and the stock on fits right on it snaps right into place, hope this helps u figure it out

Yep its one of hahns flaws i have there first one ever made.on my car and it clips so i would say ure fine since ive tuned plent lnfs with it like that.

so what just try and push it on more? like it feel like its stuck at a certin point so i dont wanna push it to hard and break that plastic clip peice

Looks like theres no knob for the clip to catch onto.. I don't know how hahn makes them but the k&n comes with a lip for the clip to actually clip on..but doesent seem durable at all.

ya i mean dont force it on there hard but u just have to push it on a little till it holds, fail on hahns part lol

I had the dejon Sri but it was the same dill nothing to hook to and I only had a cel when I drove it real hard over and over

yes rubber hose it, they dont have anything to clip it to. tried to tell them that but instead of fixing the issue they just bs'ed us around and so on and so forth. just take ur stock one off and put a rubber hose.

The real rub is in that pic, from their website, the tube hookup looks feasible, but the thing you guys got definitely doesn't.
