Turbo Timer

I must fail horribly at searching but i looked for a few days on here about information on adding a turbo timer to the LNF, but came up empty handed... a few people i know keep saying i should add that and a boost controller...

The timer more for the hotter weather to i assume cool off the turbo before shutting down fully...

The boost controller i would assume to play with boost it gives on the fly, i dont have a clue for this is my first force induced car... yeah

The K04 turbo is water and oil-cooled. No need for a timer. If you absolutely can't live without it, I believe a member named interviewatruins had a how-to on installing an Apexi turbo timer.

No need for either one with a stock K04. Boost is all PCM controlled and the k04 cools itself just fine.

If your on the stock turbo neither of these are needed.
Te lnf has a built in boost controller that can be altered with a tune. You don't want to manually force it to hold boost or you will go into limp mode.

Turbo timer isn't needed as these are liquid cooled turbos which continue to get some cooling effect even after shut down. Just don't make a habit of driving it really hard and then shutting it off emediately. Just drive normal for the last couple minutes before you park.

I normally drive semi normal most of the time, but often in the spring/summer when I'm parking the coolant temp reads over 200, so I was just a bit curious
