Upgrades for fuel injectors

What is a good upgrade for my fuel injectors ? and possibly fuel rail? I have a 2.0 tc and I only had the car for 4 months and I got a check engine for the injectors so I want to upgrade

What plugs are you running, and what is the gap on them?
How does the car idle by chance. Is it tuned?

ACDelco with a .32 gap and I don't have a tune... At idle I'm good no rpm fluctuations or no shacking

What cylinder is the misfire in, it could if the fuel pressure isn't high enough. I remember having that code and that's what I did

It don't give me a code but it pops from the exhaust when it's hot like after I push at high rpm's ...So high pressure fuel pump zzp has it for 200 bucks

popping from the exhaust doesn't mean its misfiring, all these cars pop from the exhaust. but yes, hpfp for 200.

its not the in tank pump, lnf doesn't have a fuel filter, the pressure regulator and hpfp are one and the same.

should probably know the car before listing probable causes. if the in tank pump was not pushing enough fuel, ud have more problems than a fuel pressure code.

But there is no sense in changing parts out that are good unless you have deep pockets. These cars can be pretty temperamental and it may take some trial and error to determine what is wrong. Your issue could be minor and it's important to spell out exactly what's going on with it, and what the conditions are, if we have any hope of helping you.

The very first thing to check is wiring. YOu need to check wiring to the high pressure fuel pump. Need to check the electrical connection plug for the high pressure pump.

Also the giant wire loom that runs along the right side of the engine, it sometimes will come open and rub against the fuel pump.

Ask me how I know. picture is in this thread

that's the best way, that's how I learned about cars stuff. basically how I learn everything. nothing beats learning via just digging into issues urself. It is expensive sometimes, but forums like this help a lot, is someone else can teach you before you have to spend money, that's always great.

that's the low pressure side, I usually just put a towel under it and crack it open a little to relieve pressure, but ur way is much better. the fuel system can have a syphon effect though sometimes, iv actually pulled the pump fuse and the car would not shut down, it was pulling fuel from the tank without the in tank pump running. I let it run for 10 minutes before I turned it off, after that I started it again and then it ran itself out of fuel.

Okay so if it's tight what is it like a rubber gasket inside or the actual hpfp I haven't actually removed anything just checked it it was tight
