Upgrading the BPV system

Was wondering if anyone has thought of upgrading the BPV system. By this I dont just mean slapping a bigger piece of vacuum line on there but putting in larger fitting on the charge pipe and BPV cover as well. Im wondering how well the stock size is able to relieve the extra boost that some of us are running(22+ psi). I dont know the vacuum sizes off the top of my head but what if we were to go from say a 5/32 system to like 9/32? Sometimes by the sound it makes it seems like the stock system is having a rough time moving all that air in such a small amount of time.

I would remove the solenoid that is between the bov and the intake manifold, the orifice in it is smaller than the vacuum line, when i switched to an hks bov it opened more easily without the solenoid.
But since there's a 3rd vacuum line going to that solenoid you'll just need to block it off on the ic pipe.
