So i finally got to go back and get a little revision on my tune.. we are still trying to get more boost out of it but it looks like i need to adjust my wastegate.. so ill do that sunday and try to set something up to go see john again... Thanks guys and remember we are still tuning this thing i have to adjust the wastegate to get more boost out of it... He tried to add more but it was staying at 24ish and wouldnt go up... plus its still a conservative tune which is what i want lol im not trying to break my car just yet haha

seems to move pretty damn quick judging by when you switch from 1 hand to 2 hands on the steering wheel lol

Just a little fyi for you freaking ricers...

The bov sound you're hearing at ~0:03 in the first vid is the sound of the air being forced back over the blades of the turbo. Thats not a good thing. His BOV isn't opening up that great down low (which actually seems common). The good thing is that it sounds like WOT it opens up just fine. Mine chatters too on low throttle boost.

OP, did you not get an EFR with the built in BPV? Whatever it is you have definitely sounds aftermarket.

Edit: Oh yeah, that bitch spools FAST! So nice...

 

I believe he has the stock BPV from the EFR going to the KNSRI

 

Then that would be shocking that it would be doing that unless I'm just hearing it wrong.

 

It sounds similar to my KN, just on steroids lol. we'll find out if mine sounds the same in a couple more days
