But the bov I'm using is the one that came with the efr I know I was concerened with that sound myself and instaled a hks to see if it'll go away and it did but then the hks broke lmfao and vince could not do the ecp tune couse he said I had a bigger turbo so I just went back to th stocker . I might buy the forged bpv couse I took the one off th efr apart and it was the same thing as our k04, I thought it'll b a lil better or heavy duty but I guess not.
Nice! I hear ya man! I wouldn't stomp it low in 3rd gear as you'll blow the gear clean out on the stock trans. Looks like you got on it a bit early in 3rd is the only reason I said anything.

lol.. we weren't exactly going for a speed run there. These were 3200-6500rpm pulls which I have a decent boost ramp to minimize strain on the drivetrain. Sorry we didn't blow your mind..
Again remember, he's NOT looking for a ***** out rediculous tune. I can assure you this is a solid and reliable 390-400whp setup.
I'm almost tempted to post the virtual dyno pulls I did with the car just to give everyone an idea of what the power band looks like, but I'm sure you won't be very impressed with that as well..
Yes I know it's vitual dyno, but it's surprising accurate to the real thing although obviously not exact.

Yeah it's the stock bpv and it's definitely having issues with opening during light driving. If the op isn't able to get it sorted out I may have to dig into it for him.
Boost ramp in ftw.. 
For datalogging purposes we need to do a solid 3k-ish to a near redline pull in 3rd gear for wot tuning. Otherwise you cant see a full range of what's going on in the power band.

The bov sound you're hearing at ~0:03 in the first vid is the sound of the air being forced back over the blades of the turbo. Thats not a good thing. His BOV isn't opening up that great down low (which actually seems common). The good thing is that it sounds like WOT it opens up just fine. Mine chatters too on low throttle boost.
OP, did you not get an EFR with the built in BPV? Whatever it is you have definitely sounds aftermarket.

And yesterday i had one of my cousins boy call me out with a "built jdm type r" civic. i had my camera ready and guess what, he seen a couple videos of my car on stock turbo and he backed out

Also are you talking about the weird sounding bpv? If so it could be anything from the material that the bpv material is made out of, the thickness of the rubber, or the passage for venting to the intake could be made just slightly different. Any number of those things
can cause that sound. For instance my zzp bpv sounded like a bottle rocket.

Oh okay. For a second I thought you were saying the opened windows was creating the little high pitched choking squirrel sound. The sound I'm talking about is right at 3 secs in the first vid. The valve is not opening properly down low.

yea hes def getting some flutter lol...if you ever listen to big horsepower turbo cars..for example...Supras that are 800+ hp, their bov's have trouble opening in light boost since they are built to withstand 40+psi...the squirel dying sound is not a good sound..as previously stated lol
