I am almost at 100k miles and have a PRS PCV waiting to be installed, but i really want to get these valves cleaned.

Also, is Seafoam a good alternative or really just a waste of money?

Any and all help is appreciated.
I do walnut blasting but unfortunately I'm in Ontario. One tip for you though is to get some ACDELCO carb cleaner, remove your manifold and soak the valve ports for at least 12 hours. Then, wash the 3 ports out really good and spray out with air. Close off the last valve and repeat(one valve is always open)

I should also add: after your done soaking and cleaning each port very well with water and air, run your car until it's warm and do a proper sea foam cycle
