Since you will have your own HPT, upgrade to a layered file from Vince and Im sure people on HPT will be more then happy to help

Thats the combo tune file. He sets the fuel pressure and some other things and the tune is done with HPT. The fueling and other things remain there since HPT can't change that stuff, so a write cal only leaves the TF portion there.

2800 psi fuel, cat warmup delete, 95% boost duty cycle are the starting points for the combo tune file you want. What else, Nick? Am I missing something again?

Have Terminator tune you, especially if you live in FL, I used to have Trifecta but Termi's tune is much smoother and faster IMO, im sure with the TF fuel rail pressure turned up and good tuning you will get 400+ whp.

air flow is not the end all. if there isn't much timing and that rich of an a:f with that flow rate, your numbers seem spot on.

A good place to start would be .85 lambda, ~14 degrees timing at the high end.

If you don't have the trifecta fuel unlocked park the car OR don't mess with trying to make power until you do. Get someone knowledgeable to help you tune the car.

What size waste gate spring do you have? Are you currently using the stock boost control? Did you upgrade valve springs?

He is also TF tuned. We will be getting his dyno numbers this weekend.

AZ dyno in phoenix IIRC. Before he put down 355WHP at 5000RPM's without meth. (Also the ESC kept kicking on.... hence the 5000RPM limit. His power peaks at 6500-7K.

We actually have the boost limited to 65% when we had it on Cmiller's car and it still spiked too high. That was with a 9psi spring, I didn't think the 3psi difference was going to be THAT much but it apparently was lol.

Now that I bought his setup, I will have more time to get the electronic boost control right, we didn't have enough time and went to a MBC. I plan on messing with it on my car since I will have all the stuff and can get Vince to update back and forth quickly.

I will say, that portion of it proved to be tricky lol

I know how you feel. My car pulled 336whp/335ft-lbs on a low reading mustang dyno known as "the heartbreaker". I know by the 1/8 traps it makes more than that. That's on 22lbs, I have the Diablosport that can hold 5 tunes so I'm saving up for a racegas/27-28lb tune.

I bet it's a fun set-up.

^Ive been looking into the CMR software to tune those, its $2500 tho....yikes lol. Im hoping this new Dodge stuff from HPT pans out, Id much rather pay to license a few cars and be done then spend all that money up front for the CMR dealer package.

IDK, I use the Diablosport Predator. You can get them for under $350 shipped. It can hold like 5 custom tunes you can flash on the go..You can actually use the handheld to datalog and record runs and see whats happening, hook it up to a laptop and it's even more detailed.

Ive never messed with it myself as far as tuning. I know you can adjust some parameters but I don't know if it's as indepth as the guy I go to can tune it.

Looks like I can basically tweak a current tune but anything over basic stuff I would need the real CMR software.

2500 bux?!?! **** that would be worth it if you had a shop that was tuning a few cars a week.
