gm stage kit is a package produced by the gm performance division. installing the package yourself voids warranty, but dealer installed you will be able to keep all factory warranties. the kit for the ss/tc cobalts for 08 consists of new pressure sensors, an intake which is in development, and ecu flash performed by the dealer only as they are vin specific. there are many threads out for this gm kit but it has not been released for the ss/tc cobalts yet so there is not a website that will show these. some of the threads have great pictures of sensors used in kits for lnf's in the soltice and hhr's and those are expected to be the same for us as well, as for the intake no word yet just know its still in development. expected numbers are around 290hp and 350-360trq

You are correct... The cobalt kit was originally rumored to be released around the end of January. However, the last rumor I heard was March. It is highly suggested to wait for this kit as it will allow you to keep your warranty and will kill the learn down feature on our cars...allowing for further mods

The kit for the 09 cobalts will be released at the same time...

No, you can not install the kit yourself...It will require a reflash...most likely via a Tech 2... it was the same way with the PAL system
