Does it feel like it hits a rev limiter (but you haven't and it still slowly climes rpms)? Is that your normal boost?

^^ that was my next question. My car has been doing what you just described. Im thinkin i have a bad coil or plugs or something. and when it gets to a certain RPM it misfires and knocks everywhere.

Mine did what I described a couple times. Took it to the dealer, no codes and nothing wrong. They suggested changing gas stations or it could be because of high humidity.

Right now it did. But when my car did that is was basically in the spring and next time in late summer. Both times was from the same station. Changed and haven't had the issue (might though never know).

My car used to have very loud knocking at times under boost, or what sounds like a loud knocking anyway. Hasn't happened since I went catless. I suspect possible cat issues and / or loose turbo --> DP bolts. Happened more often in the cold, which makes me lean more toward the latter.

If you're running mods and are untuned your car will hate you. These Bosch pcms are really finicky about fuel trims.

Could also be having fuel pump issues. One of the local guys I tuned had An issue similar to that. Upon logging, we found out his fuel pressure was dropping substantially right in this powerband. What kind of plugs do you run?
