Better go for high fructose for the extra power.

Does my tune need adjusting after adding it?

You want to run E47, not E85. Actually, if it's your daily-driver, you don't want to run either. It's a pain in the ass if you drive any sort of long-distance in some frequency.

If you do take the plunge, though, E47 is possible with a Trifecta tune or an HPTune from a reputable tuner. You don't need any aftermarket parts. We can't guarantee your injector seals will hold up, unless you're driving a 2010, though.

Troof! While e47 is definitely quite a bit more of a pain in the ass than gas (particularly keeping a consistant blend throughout the year), it is well worth the effort imo as long as you don't mind the extra work involved.

The injector seal issue seems to be far worse with '08 models than any other. I think a couple guys with 09's ran into an issue here or there but for the most part '09 and '10 model years seem to be holding up fine. I forget exactly how long you've been running e47 for, but in my case, in the past 2 years of running ethanol I have had no issues with my injectors or any other seals in the fuel system degrading and/or leaking (knocks on wood).

I have an '08, and I ran E85 for 6 months and have been running E47 for the past year with no issues, but I bought a fuel rail from monograt, just in case.

24 oz. vegetable oil, 24 oz. water, two drops of blood, 1/2 oz. of witch titty. Mix it up, and then throw the concoction into your gas tank. Easy e47. You're welcome.
