what do u need to run e85 on cobalt

i read somewhere that someone got traction for their car? whats a traction? where can i get it? do i need a tune for it? will i get more race car?

I have heard e85 creates this situation. If e85 gives me more racecar, is it enough racecar to beat everything on the road?
