...Not every company can afford to make/order tons of parts they aren't sure will sell. You have to remember most of the companies making custom parts for the Cobalt, especially the LNF are small and usually only keep a small stock on hand or build parts as the orders are placed.

Perhaps you should call them and see if anything can be done to get your product faster.

Like reign said, these smaller vendors arent always going to have piles of stock on hand. Call and check availability if time is of the essence and plan ahead. No reason to get upset about it unless you were told it WAS in stock.

Very well put.

Dejon does awesome work and is a great company. Call and talk to them if you must. Hes usually really good about making stuff right away, he must have something holding him up

You can get the tune first. By tuning with the down pipe on you won't make much more HP if any, over if you were to tune first.

I spoke with the owner yesterday. He is in the hospital with a blood clot and if i remember correctly, pneumonia. He said he will be in there till the end of the week and apologizes. While he does have employees running the place, he is the only fabricator. So if it needs to be made, then you'll have to wait.

I'm in the same boat as you. I ordered their sri on friday and have to wait now. You can email or call them if you want a refund.

yep patience... I live in Canada (NO AFTERMARKET PARTS) it takes pretty much a minimum of week to get parts delivered even if the part is in stock so a $300 part + exchange= $390 plus shipping no less than $50(us) $65(can) then there is the duty of about 25% on the $390(can)=$100can for a grand total of $555(can) I hope this helps relieve some frustration you got it good.

And sorry to here about the guy being in the hospital too.

I was like you when I ordered my Hahn intake, I wasnt patient at all and was getting pissed, mainly because I had to wait like 2 weeks. For the price and quality of Dejons DP, I would definately just wait. You seriously cant beat the price, and it's made from SS so you cant complain about that either.

Give em time, there must be a good reason. I ordered my Dejon SRI about two weeks ago and it came in in 2 DAYS! I was amazed, I expected at least a week. I received great service, so like I said Im sure there is mitigating circumstances for the delay. The anticipation will just make getting your dp that much sweeter

I think a shipping time of 5-7 business days is not considered to be unreasonable. If you call and bitch you're not going to get it faster, and you'll make yourself look like an ass. If you had your tune set for friday, you should have called and asked if it was in stock, and if it could be shipped right away.
