wtf!!!!!!! have WAIT for down pipe
You do realize that not everyone has every part in stock all the time right? First if they did everyone would need HUGE warehouses full of parts that would just sit taking up space and ultimately costing money. Secondly in order to have an inventory that size it'd cost a TON of money! Causeing them to have to pass that cost on to you/us the customer in the way of higher prices.
Relax, you'll get it. maybe you shouldn't have been so quick in schedualing that tune. Besides what if UPS loses it or it gets held up in shipping. Both of thie things happen from time to time too. Your best bet is to re-schedual the tune and order a stage 3 patience upgrade while you're at it.

x2 - this thread shouldn't have been posted. Even if he wasn't in the hospital, God forbid you don't get what you want right when you snap your fingers. It's amazing how much things have evolved over the past few decades. Now when the slightest thing goes wrong or there's a bit of a delay in something, people lose it. I see it on the highways when I drive home, in the way people bitch about their computers taking 90 seconds to boot instead of the normal 45, in the automated call systems....everywhere. ****, ~70 years ago, there weren't even interstate highways. Now, we've got 4, 5, and 6 lane masterpieces with traffic buzzing by at 70+mph. ~30 years back, we had to deal with rotary phones. Imagine if you had to dial a long distance number like 989-995-1983. It'd take you at least 30 seconds....and you'd pray you wouldn't mess up on the last digit or two. ~20 years ago, it'd take 5 minutes for the damn computer to fire up. Hope you like 5.25" floppy disks and monochromatic screens....'cause there was no Halo and no Call of Duty action going on back then. Asteroids was pretty tight though.
My point is, people shouldn't be so quick to jump the trigger on someone or something. It's not like they're giving you the run around in this case. In fact, they let you know right away...."hey, it's going to be a few extra days, so hang tight." That to me says they've got a decent grip on customer service/satisfaction.

I ordered a SRI from Dejon today and got a polite email saying it won't ship until mid next week. Dave is indeed in the hospital with blood clots & pneumonia. I can wait a week or so. I wished him well in a reply.

I think a shipping time of 5-7 business days is not considered to be unreasonable. If you call and bitch you're not going to get it faster, and you'll make yourself look like an ass. If you had your tune set for friday, you should have called and asked if it was in stock, and if it could be shipped right away.
I decide without the cutout, just because i dont want to be swapping going back to the dealer. Even without the cutout and only the cat its dam loud i may make a vid today. It sounds like a monster truck LOL
