YAY more issues parasitic draw
well satuday morning my car was dead, put it on charger for half the day tested voltage after it had been off the charger for 2 hours had 12.6v so its good. started and charged at 14.6v so thats good. left car over night. today it was dead again, did a parasitic draw test had .150A draw should be below 25mA. so i start pulling fuses got the the Fuse labled INJ(injectors) stoped the draw went down to .010A so i put it back in still .010A. started car let it run for a bit. shut if off and tested again now.003A so now im confused. the INJ fuse according to AllData is for the coils. the injectors get there power from the ECM. so does a coil pack receve power all the time, and are they know for causeing a draw? i just fixed a evap issue with a gas cap. cars starting to **** me off.
draw test 2.
9/30/12 @7:13pm
just disconected the coil packs and inj fues. didnt do a thing so back to square one. took BCM advaice and pulled BCM2 40A fuse. it whent away. so BCM has an issue. hopeing it doesnt deal with my attempt at a remote start. will keep updateing
welp leaveing the battery disconected over night mabey it is the battery

In no way am I offering a diagnosis but rather just sharing my personal experience that I had with this exact issue.
When it kept happening to me I took it to the dealership. At first they kept wanting to blame it on me leaving things plugged in, etc.
Later, they changed the BCM (body control module) and that fixed it. If I remember their explanation correctly it's what operates the interior lighting, things like that. I was told that after about 45 minutes of inactivity on the car the BCM gets switched off.
It fixed my issue anyway.
