I could be wrong for I have not messed with a ZFR but I know it's similar to the WR3 that I run, and on 93 you can't do a whole lot. Throw some E or meth in the equation and you will bet higher gains

ive seen trifecta cars pull on hptuned cars with the same mods.

also, if vince could get 380whp out of a BNR2871 on a HHR, im sure he can get over 400 with a ZFR.

tuners vary. id trust vince over a few others out there. but thats my personal opinion.
here u go

I like to hear that Vince spent some time on your HHR. My only beef with him was the lack of effort on his part. Heard too many stories about him taking forever for revisions and basically just being done when he said he was done. I don't doubt he can make good numbers, I was more just talking about the turbo's capabilities on 93.

with TRIFECTA QUEBEC you always get premium service with vince.

after 90 customers i thing i get some short cut

with 40 lbs/min. you dont need that much timing. every body want max out everything.. then traction ll be a issue. then you ll ask for less boost in 1er and 2nd and maybe third hahaha

I'm trifecta and I'm totally happy. Did I leave stuff on the table with him? Not nearly as much as I probably leave on the table with my own **** mods. Just like any performance tune, I think it becomes issue only when you're on the nose-bleed limit.

Maybe if stuff here was tuned to razor-edge of streetability would any of this even matter!

I'm part if that assumption gumption and I apologize for the offense

And I agree.

(minus the response times) My experience with Trifecta was superb, it's just when I found Term the power via dyno and butt dyno is greater. So I associate HPT with greater gains.

ZZP mad 540 Hp with the ZFR. It was fully bolted with their cams and E85. I would hope you wouldnt spend 1900 to upgrade a turbo to only get 20 Hp that would be a total waste.

Pretty sure it was a built motor also (rods, pistons,etc)...most guys will not do cams, nor will they do e85. My bet that with the guys that have full bolt ons and 93 they will see 405-410 and those on e47-e85 will see about 445-460 area. Also have to remember dyno, climate and all that other **** will skew numbers...

I made 397 WHP and the tires just go up in smoke in the first 3 gears. I don’t know why anyone would want more than 400WHP on a FWD car.

Better tires. Although being that it's front wheel drive you'll never be able to fully solve the problem.

I am ZFR trifecta tuned 93 octane full bolt ons. I raced my buddy with a hptuned stock turbo cobalt, downpipe, intake, he was neck and neck with me. My tune is conservative compared to his tune which is really aggressive. I plan on going to zzp this spring when my car is out of storage and get dyno tuned by them.

I never would have guessed that. Will he ( Vince ) go more aggressive? I was hoping for around 400hp with mine.

That doesn't sound right I'd be pissed! Do you know any details about tune boost timing afr etc. I'm flowing 39lbs a min now on stock turbo tune and it pulls a lot harder! I trapped 110 before the turbo swap ic or exhaust!
