zzp lnf DP issue, anybody else? Rear o2 bung too far back?

Installing zzp lnf downpipe with high flow cat, after bolting it up, the rear O2 wire is about 12" too short. I even took the plug that the rear O2 plugs into off the transmission to try and give it some extra slack but it's way too short. Anybody ran into this before? I would not think this should be an issue with how many dp's they have sold. I was worried when the downpipes were laying side by side and noticed how much further back the rear O2 bung was on the zzp pipe. Any suggestions? I called zzp and left msg, emailed them to.

I had this problem with my first one but unclipping from the trans worked. I don't know why it's that far away

If a harness is always needed for this, why don't they tell you before you buy it so you can have everything ready to complete at one time?? Makes no sense to me.

Looks different than the zzp downpipe I bought last summer 2014. My bung hole is a lot closer to the cat, and I know it's hard to judge by pictures but yours appears to be shorter where the "zzp" name plate is. I didn't even get a zzp nameplate on mine, weird the differences. I have a 400cell if it makes a diff. The gaskets they sent were mangled a bit but no leaks yet and about 20,000km on the Dp.

There is just no way the harness will reach, not even close, much less have slack to still be able to tuck it up behind the heat shield. Mine is supposed to be the 400cel cat, it's on a sedan but that shouldn't matter.

ZZP informed me that with with 400cel cat and no extended O2 bung that an extension harness (or wire/solder in longer wires) is needed. It would have been nice to know that so I could have had everything ready prior to starting. 1 simple sentence would have been nice to see on the downpipe order page. Anyways, I like the quality of the pipe and they said they will send an extension harness. Their intercooler installed very easy.

I am about to order the 200 cell catted downpipe from ZZP and hopefully I will not run into the same problem. I emailed ZZP and they claim that their 200 cell comes with an angled 02 bung and the 400 cell does not, but hopefully its not too far back where i need an extension harness. I guess only time will tell.
The pic attached is from their website and I assume that is the 200 cell catted dp (bottom pic) since the 400 as seen above looks a lot different

I would ask to be sure if you need harness or extend wires yourself. I dontbthink you will need fir your application.

I have the 200 cell downpipe from black friday and it does not have a angled o2. Didn't install it yet so I don't know if the 02 will reach.

I recently bought a catless downpipe. Paid extra for the O2 bung cause i still wanted to run the stock sensor. Had the same problem that it wouldn't reach. eventually decided to just plug the hole and not run the sensor; and turn off the diagnostic with HP tuners.
My guess is that they welded the O2 bung in the wrong place, when i bought the downpipe it had an option to add an O2 bung for the stock narrow band AND an option to add an additional O2 bung if you chose to run another wide-band. im guessing they welded it in the additional location instead of the stock location. But that's just a guess.

I actually decided to go with the Hahn catted downpipe......I have heard good thing about theirs as far as the welds, angled 02 bung and the fact they rarely throw a CEL. Anyone else have good experiences with their Hahn DP
