Well something is deffinetly wrong with the balt. It seems at about 30 mph is when it starts a constant hummg/buzzing. It isn't godly loud but is noticeable. It does it even with it in neutral and the clutch in. I think its definetly not the motor. A friend of mine said its my torque damper but I have had it on for about 20k. The car just clocked 50k. Any ideas what it could be?

 

Sounds just like the problem i had, it was just Bearings which were under warrenty.
